Not really in the mood for chicken feet soup (what a lot of the local restaurants were serving), we cobbled together a dinner from the street food we could find in Saquisili. Fresh cheese, humitas (steamed, stuffed cornmeal in a husk, tortillas (cheese-filled fried dough), empanada (stuffed, fried pocket) and some cheese-stuffed fried ball.
