Built earlier than Bayon and Angkor Wat, Ta Keo is a Hindu temple. Its style is simple, without elaborate carvings or reliefs. But we still enjoyed our visit, climbing the steep stairs to the top and enjoying the peace and tranquility of being one of the only people there.
