We purchased a bottle of Landsun dry red wine at a grocery store in Pingyao for only a couple of dollars. It was tastier than the better known and ubiquitous Great Wall wines of the same price. Unfortunately, we never found it anywhere else outside of Pingyao. Open it, let it breathe a bit and pair it with Pingyao beef. Excellent! © www.uncorneredmarket.com
