Where's Audrey? The sand dunes of Nambung National Park, just south of Cervantes, Western Australia en route to the town of Lancelin. "Maybe I should pull over. I want to check these dunes out." So glad we did, just by chance. Parked the camper van, walked a bit. And the earth opened white and wide. Incredible. Some of the world's softest sand, clean and bright, drifting in Mother Nature's artful ways. This area may not be much on tourist maps, but it was one of my favorite spots among many from our past several days along the Indian Ocean Drive and the Western Australia coast. via Instagram http://ift.tt/20IQJcg
On top of Tasmania. Or least atop Cradle Mountain -- at the summit, looking southeast. This was a fabulous day hike/climb. Challenging and rewarding, the sort that leaves your legs sore for a couple of days. 600m/2000 ft ascent, with 90 minutes of boulder climbing at the end. This is a first taste of Tasmania, Down Under's Down Under. #australia via Instagram http://ift.tt/1S5H2Er
