Hang gliding after being towed by a microlight Dragonfly to 1700 ft and released to glide like a bird. This image is taken after Donnie, my tandem glide master turned us out of the (very safe, yet very G-forceful) almost barrel roll when my eyes told me the glider was perpendicular to the ground. Taken in the Virginia Eastern Shore area, with views of the Chesapeake Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Audrey carves up the Assateague Channel in search of the wild ponies. Even better, we took our kayaks on a detour through the high grass back channels so we could get up close. A little bit of adventure on the Eastern Shore between Maryland and Virginia. via Instagram http://ift.tt/1NFOFhI
A long paddle through the high grass backwaters of the Assateague Channel on the lookout for the wild ponies. They spend their time in the marsh area of the Eastern Shore and Chincoteague, Virginia. A terrific approach, plus a little #adventure. via Instagram http://ift.tt/1Qu3jYt
