Salice Salentino - Puglia, Italy
Salice Salentino, the town that time forgot. Everyone else seemed to forget about it, too -- except the old men at the local bar and a handful of people on bicycles crossing a desolate main square. I like old towns like this. Untouched, not always spiffy, but certainly authentic. The town is also of the same name as the Italian DOC wine made from the negroamaro grape, one of the many wines we've been enjoying along our trip. via Instagram http://ift.tt/1j4G3WU
