Tapado is a traditional dish of the Garifuna (Black Caribs) people who live in Livingston, Guatemala. Made from coconut milk, fresh seafood and shellfish, plantain and a variety of herbs like basil or cilantro, this dish is incredibly rich and absolutely delicious.
