    When we asked for a laksa recommendation at our guesthouse in Kuala Lumpur, the owner took us to a street stall at the corner of Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail. ..The result: an absolute delicious bowl of laksa - coconut-based curry soup, thick noodles, fried tofu, eggplant, shrimp, bean sprouts, and lots more that we couldn't identify...but tasted oh so good.
