The streets of Varanasi's old town are full of religious places like this for people to perform prayers or offerings.
Before she knew it, Audrey was enlisted to work at this street food stand at Assi Ghat in Varanasi. Her job was stirring and mashing the tomato-potato mixture to go with the aloo tikka (fried potato balls). It was a tough job - she had a blister on her finger after the 20 minutes behind the stove. The stand owner though was responsible for all the seasoning - sweet sauce, lemon juice, fresh coriander (cilantro). Watch the video.
