Known locally only as "The Chapati Stand" this place sets up on the sidewalk at the corner of 82nd and 27th Streets in Mandalay (Burma) every evening around 5 PM. ..The chapatis are made fresh and come to the table piping hot. Accompany them with some dal (lentil curry) and vegetable curry for just a few dollars. We returned almost every night. Highly recommended.
