Ciaffagnone is a local Manciano specialty similar to crepes (but without butter). This dish is stuffed with ground beef and herbs, baked in the oven and then served with a sheep cheese soup, dried leeks and tomato skins. Looks divine, doesn't it? Taken at La Filanda Restaurant in Manciano, a hill town in the Maremma area of Tuscany in Italy.
