A curiously named dessert - “Sigh of a Woman From Lima” - consists of a thick base made from egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and evaporated or condensed milk topped with an egg white meringue. This batch seems to be topped with the rind of limes.
Taken at the 2009 Mistura Gastronomy Festival in Lima, Peru.
