Tequenos are like a Peruvian style spring roll - very thin dough stuffed with a filling. The ones seen here are stuffed with crab and shrimp and served with a creamy, avacado dip. Rich and delicous. Eaten at El Muelle restaurant in the Barranco neighborhood of Lima, Peru.
