A sweet pepper stuffed with shredded meat and vegetables, covered and fried in batter. Smothered with a tomato sauce and stuffed between tortillas. We frequented this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant at #29 6 Calle in Antigua, Guatemala. The atmosphere was authentic and the food always tasty.
