A vibrant nosh assembled from two lovely and inexpensive stalls just off Kostava street in Tbilisi. Lobiani (bean-stuffed version of khachapuri bread), badrijan (roasted eggplant with walnut paste), pkhali (spinach, walnuts, and garlic), and a tomato aubergine ratatouille.
